Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation and Booking:
• All reservations are subject to availability.
• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure a reservation.
• Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise specified.
2. Check-In and Check-Out:
• Check-in time is 15.00 PM, and check-out time is 12.00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation and Refund:
• Cancellation policies vary; 25% of reservation amount will be charged if cancellation is done after 48 hours before arrival.
• Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of reservation.
4. Occupancy and Guests:
• Maximum occupancy for each apartment differs. Please visit our website under each apartment for more information.
• Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra fee, subject to management approval.
5. Damages and Loss:
• Guests are responsible for any damages to the apartment and its contents during their stay.
• Lost or stolen items are the responsibility of the guest; secure valuables in provided safes.
6. House Rules:
• Guests must adhere to posted house rules and any additional rules provided upon check-in.
• Disturbances, illegal activities, or violations of house rules may result in eviction without refund.
7. Security Deposit:
• A security deposit is required upon reservation to cover potential damages with a valid credit/debit card.
• The deposit will be refunded after inspection upon check-out, minus any applicable charges.
8. Amenities and Services:
• Availability of amenities and services is subject to operational considerations.
• Management reserves the right to modify or withdraw amenities and services without notice.
9. Privacy Policy:
• Guest information will be treated confidentially; refer to our privacy policy for details.
• Surveillance cameras may be in use for security purposes.
10. Force Majeure:
• The hotel is not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or acts of God.
11. Cancellations 24 hours before arrival or 25% of reservation amount will be charged for reservations under 30 nights.

Cancellations not later than 7 days before arrival or 50 % of the reservation amount will be charged for reservations over 30 nights.
